7 Day Little Black Dress Program

This 7 day DIET is just that, only for 7 days or you will lower your metabolism and lose lean muscle. It is for that special occasion when you want to rip it up for that "Little Black Dress"! Day 1    
Breakfast: 6 scrambled egg whites with spinach & asparagus cooked without oil or butter. 
Lunch: 5 oz fresh no-salt turkey wrapped in lettuce with tomato
Snack: 20 raw soaked almonds (no salt)
Dinner: Grilled Mahi cooked with lemon and garlic with unlimited Kale (see I told you that you could eat all the kale you wanted). Follow up with a dandelion tea (One Earth or Whole Foods)


Day 2    
Breakfast: 6 scrambled egg whites with spinach & asparagus cooked without oil or butter
Lunch: 1 can low sodium tuna prepared with lemon and pepper only on a bed of lettuce. You can use lemon & 1 tsp of olive oil for the dressing
Snack: Unlimited celery and 2 tbsp of unsalted almond butter
Dinner: 6 oz of chicken cooked with lemon and garlic with a unlimited side of eggplant (unless you have arthritis then use asparagus. No nightshade veggies for those with arthritis.)
Follow up with dandelion tea.


Day 3    
Breakfast: 6 scrambled egg whites with spinach & asparagus cooked without oil or butter
Lunch: 5 oz of poached salmon fillet and shredded cucumber salad. You can use coconut vinegar for the dressing. 
Snack: 1 small green apple
Dinner: 6 oz of chicken cooked with lemon and garlic with a unlimited side of zucchini.
Follow up with a cup of dandelion tea.


Day 4    
Breakfast: 6 scrambled egg whites with spinach & asparagus cooked without oil or butter
Lunch: 5 oz grilled halibut steak with lemon and garlic with large spinach salad with balsamic vinegar
Snack: 20 raw soaked almonds (no salt)
Dinner: 1/2 pound steamed shrimp on salad with lemon, 1 tsp olive oil and garlic, with unlimited steamed green beans.
Follow up with a cup of dandelion tea


Day 5    
Breakfast: 6 scrambled egg whites with spinach & asparagus cooked without oil or butter
Lunch: 5 oz of fresh turkey no-salt wrapped in romaine lettuce with tomato
Snack: Unlimited celery and 2 tbsp of unsalted almond butter
Dinner: Grilled 6 oz of swordfish steak cooked with lemon and garlic with unlimited side of steamed kale. Follow up with a cup of dandelion tea


Day 6    
Breakfast: 6 scrambled egg whites with spinach & asparagus cooked without oil or butter
Lunch: 6 oz of gilled mahi wrapped in lettuce with 1 fresh tomato sliced and 1/3 avocado
Snack: 10 raw unsalted cashews
Dinner: Grilled 6 oz of chicken cooked with lemon and garlic, with unlimited side of steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Follow up with a cup of dandelion tea


Day 7  
Breakfast: 6 scrambled egg whites with spinach & asparagus cooked without oil or butter
Lunch: 5 oz of fresh chicken breast wrapped in romaine lettuce with tomato
Snack: 3 large carrots
